We were about to replace our worn, dirty, and poorly installed carpeting when a neighbor recommended I call Bob at Great Western Carpet Care.  We were dubious about having the carpet cleaned again because prior carpet cleaning companies did not make much difference as they did not do carpet repairs. Great Western  gave us an estimate and said they could do all the necessary repairs noting that we literally had wrinkles in the carpet posing potential tripping hazards.  Bob called the night before they were to arrive and told us the precise time they would start work.  They actually showed up early and set to work stretching and cutting the excess carpeting away.  The carpet was looking better and they hadn’t even started cleaning.  After spending one day on the repairs they returned punctually the next day and cleaned the carpet, stairs, and area rugs.  We are truly amazed by the results!! Our carpet looks and feels brand new.
Bob and Chris have an extraordinary work ethic.  They were respectful of my possessions and extremely careful when moving items. Bob takes exceptional pride in his work and is a perfectionist about every detail.
Besides the amazing job on repairs and cleaning Bob shared many tricks of the trade to help us maintain our carpets.    The entire experience was very uplifting, not to mention the money we saved on new flooring. I do not currently have a pet but Bob is also known as an expert in removing pet odors and stains from carpeting. Earlier today I had Bob and Chris come by to clean my carpet and they did a superlative job. Drab and dirty turned to clean and gleaming. I also received an eduction today as Bob shared a few insights with me regarding the intricasies of the trade. I now understand that it's both an art and a science, especially the latter, as there's a lot of chemistry involved. But beyond the education and results, Bob was just a joy to be around as he exudes an
infectious lust for life that makes you want to be a friend. From start to finish, they arrived
on time (actually a little early), did a super job, provided good vibes, and put a smile on my face. The whole experience was positive and yes, even invigorating. What more can one ask? I had very dirty carpets that had not been cleaned in three years, along with a ton of pet hair from my dog shedding. I was given a very reasonable estimate to clean the carpets in my entire house (about 1900 sq ft), as well as three large rugs. Great Western Carpet Care came on time, let me know everything that would happen with the carpets, gave me advice on how I could take extra care of the carpet after they were done, and did an excellent job. Bob has been servicing our home for 30 yrs and our carpets continue to look brand new! Bob is very skilled in his profession and has always had top notch equipment He is always on time and shows respect for our home!! He has even been successful in removing cherry coke that  exploded all over our family room ~~ we have very light carpet! The few pet accidents we have had have always been completely removed  I highly recommend Great Western Carpet Care and Bob. We wouldn't dream of using anyone else! If you want the best call the King of Carpet cleaning. We couldn’t be happier with the cleaning results!!! If fact we were amazed how clean our carpets came out. Bob is truly dedicated to making sure people are surprised and impressed by his work. We have been so disappointed in the past with carpet cleaning companies but now we are set to only call Bob for our Carpet care service.
